This Privacy Policy explains how Shaadi Ka Bulawa ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, create a wedding invitation, or open an invitation shared with you.

Information we collect

• Account details from Google or Lovable sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
• Wedding details you enter: couple names, dates, events, venues, photos, messages and guest names and phone numbers.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference numbers. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and whether a guest opened an invitation or replied.
• Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure and improve our advertising.

How we use information

• To create, host and deliver your wedding invitation website and guest links.
• To process payments and manage your plan.
• To provide support and send service messages about your account.
• To measure, improve and personalise our website and advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram.
• To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service (hosting, database, payment processing by Razorpay, AI translation of names, and advertising measurement by Meta), and when required by law.

Guest information

Couples are responsible for having permission to add guests' names and phone numbers. Guests may ask us to delete their information at any time by contacting us.

Data retention

Invitation content is kept while your plan is active and for up to 90 days after it ends, then deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records are kept as required by Indian law.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. We respond within 30 days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Cookies and ads

You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features.

Children

Our service is not intended for anyone under 18.
