Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because each invitation is a digital product activated immediately after payment, please read this policy before purchasing.
Cancellation
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase if you have not created any guest links. Email us with your registered email and payment reference.
Refunds
- Eligible cancellations within 24 hours receive a full refund.
- After guest links are created or 24 hours have passed, plans are non-refundable.
- For the Customized plan, once our team has started creating your custom face characters, the plan is non-refundable.
- If a payment was charged twice or failed but money was deducted, we refund the extra amount in full.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
