Delivery
- Basic and Pro plans are activated instantly after successful payment. Your dashboard and invitation links are available immediately.
- Custom face characters in the Customized plan are delivered to your dashboard within 3 to 7 working days after you share the couple's photos.
- Delivery is to your account on this website, linked to your sign-in email.
Problems with delivery
If your plan is not active within 30 minutes of payment, contact us with your payment reference and we will fix it.
