By using Shaadi Ka Bulawa you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Shaadi Ka Bulawa lets couples create interactive wedding invitation websites with personal guest links, a public invitation link, themes, opening styles, videos or photos, and RSVP tracking.

Plans and pricing

Plans are one-time purchases: Basic ₹1,199, Pro ₹3,499 and Customized ₹7,999, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Basic includes up to 50 personal guest links. Pro and Customized include unlimited guest links. Customized includes custom face characters of the couple and premium customized themes, created by our team from photos you provide.

Plan validity

• A plan is valid until 15 days after your wedding date, or 4 months from purchase, whichever is earlier.
• You can change the wedding date at most two times per purchase.
• After a plan ends, invitation links stop working.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You confirm you have the right to use it, including photos, music and guest details, and you give us permission to host and display it to deliver the service. Do not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, send spam, or use it for anything other than personal wedding and event invitations.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of the city of our registered address have jurisdiction.
